Appellant was tried by jury and convicted of Count I, Dealing in Cocaine, a Class A felony; Count II, Possession of Cocaine, a Class C felony; Count III, Resisting Law Enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and was found to be a habitual offender. The trial court found that Count II merged with Count I. The trial court sentenced appellant to thirty (30) years for Count I, and enhanced that sentence due to appellants habitual offender status. The trial court sentenced appellant to one (1) year for Count III to run concurrently with the sentence for Count I.
