Where upon a hearing before the probate court on the allowance of an administrator's partial or intermediate account there was a contest as to the amount chargeable to the administrator on a deposit account of the decedent in a bank, all the facts being before the court, the order of the probate court allowing said item of account was an adjudication approving the act of the bank in applying, in payment of notes held by it against the decedent, a part of such deposit account.
